Duties

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff in-office and virtually.
• Assign tasks to paralegals and legal assistants as needed.
• Present educational materials on legal developments.
• Facilitate learning for associates, staff, and students.
• Accurately account for time spent on client and firm matters.
• Operate autonomously while seeking support when necessary.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Maine Bar admission and good standing in required jurisdictions.
• At least one year of professional legal experience post-graduation.
• Strong critical thinking, writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Education
