The candidate will document review and preparation. Electronic file management. Communication with clients and other involved parties. Other tasks as assigned. Must have 8+ years of experience working on complex commercial real estate transactions, preferably in a Florida law firm. Should have strong technology skills including advanced knowledge in the MS Office Suite, experience with document management systems and the ability to learn new technology. Must have very strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Should have experience handling confidential and sensitive information. Must have ability to work with an extremely high level of accuracy. Should have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
