Duties:

• Manage cases, including handling legal research, document drafting, and client communications.
• Attend court hearings and make appearances on behalf of clients.
• Conduct depositions and assist in trial preparation.
• Manage discovery processes and ensure the efficient handling of legal matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and investigations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
• Experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to handle both courtroom and out-of-court matters.
• Experience in legal research, writing, and preparing oral arguments.
• Ability to defend and take depositions effectively.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in New Jersey and New York.

Skills:
