Duties

• Lead and manage a portfolio of diverse insurance coverage matters.
• Manage case teams with proficiency.
• Conduct policy analysis and provide detailed coverage opinions.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies for high-stakes disputes.
• Handle all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery and trial.
• Advise insurers and corporate clients on exposure and resolution strategies.
• Mentor junior attorneys actively.
• Collaborate with partners, colleagues, and clients across offices.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years' experience in insurance coverage and/or catastrophic loss litigation.
• Strong understanding of complex coverage lines and multi-jurisdictional litigation.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience handling high-exposure and technically complex cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.).

Certifications

• A member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar and any other Bar Associations in states in which you are or have been licensed to practice law.
