Duties:

• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and before government agencies
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents
• Provide legal counsel to clients on transactions and business matters
• Negotiate settlements to resolve legal disputes
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience practicing law
• Experience in personal injury or construction defect defense is a plus
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and familiarity with legal procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:
