Duties

• Advise on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters.
• Support emerging and growth-stage companies in legal and business needs.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and intellectual property issues.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions transactions from formation through exit.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience with emerging company and venture capital preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Illinois bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
