Conduct legal research and analyze state-specific workers' compensation statutes and regulations
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
Attend and participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and medical experts to gather case-related information and advise on legal matters
Collaborate with supervising attorneys on case strategies and litigation planning
Manage and maintain organized and up-to-date case files
Stay informed on changes and trends in workers’ compensation and administrative law
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Expected or current admission to the Bar in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or New Jersey
Demonstrated interest in litigation and workers’ compensation law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities
Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical practice and client service
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Bar admission in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or New Jersey (or pending admission)
Legal writing and research

Knowledge of administrative and workers’ compensation law
Familiarity with legal filing systems and practice management tools
