Duties : Will teach Business Law courses, including Business Associations, and Agency, LLC and Partnership Law for the fall 2018 or spring 2019 semester. The candidate should have 6+ years of experience, strong academic credentials, and an excellent record in teaching and scholarship. Must have Juris Doctorate degree.
