The candidate is responsible for signing for Fed Ex and UPS deliveries of the firm and keeping a log of receipt and contents. Receipt of Original loan documents, updating the managing systems to show receipt, reassigning cases to appropriate department and maintaining documents in a fire proof safe. Filing originals with the court, providing to other TDP offices, or providing to attorneys as needed. Motioning the Court for return of original loan documents. Monitoring holds in client managing system. Moderating Client Communication. Should be accurate reporting of documents received. High school Diploma/GED is required. Legal assistant experience is needed. Multi-tasking is needed. Basic Knowledge of computer programs such as Outlook, word, and excel is needed.
