Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school with a current license to practice in MA.
• 2 years of experience in estate planning preferred.
• Experience in a bank trust department or similar law firm is advantageous.
• Legal experience in other areas considered.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Innovative and open to change.

• Self-starter with a positive attitude and professionalism.
• Proficient in computer use and familiar with Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and case management software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of MA.
