A law firm seeks a Social Security Disability Attorney in Lincoln, NE. The firm is expanding its Social Security Disability practice and is looking for motivated attorneys to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for clients and manage a substantial caseload in a collaborative office environment.

Duties

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all stages of their claims.
• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate on their behalf before Administrative Law Judges.
• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Work closely with experienced case managers and support staff to efficiently move cases forward.
• Develop legal strategy, prepare evidence, and build compelling cases for clients.
• Help clients navigate one of the most important legal matters of their lives.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.
• Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings.
• Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume caseload.
• Outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills.
• Strong writing, organizational, and case management abilities.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.
