The candidate should have strong academic credentials. JD required. Must have 1-3 years' experience as a litigation attorney. Must have excellent research, drafting, writing and communication skills. Experience drafting documents, including but not limited to pleadings (complaint and answer), discovery requests, responses to discovery requests, and memoranda of law is required. Exposure to sophisticated disputes and investigations is preferred. Experience with depositions and court proceedings a plus. International experience a plus. Experience with Excel and PowerPoint a plus.
