Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience in insurance defense.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and grow a legal practice area.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a senior leadership team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage pressure effectively.
