Duties

• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
• Attend court remotely and in person as needed.
• Manage or assist with substantial components of a broad range of litigation.

Requirements

• No family law experience required; any litigation background is acceptable.
• J.D. and license to practice law in Illinois.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively multi-task and manage time-sensitive documents.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed to courts across Southern Illinois.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
