Duties

• Work on mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions.
• Draft and review transaction documents.
• Collaborate with team members and clients.
• Participate in corporate governance and financing activities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions.
• Strong document drafting and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and exceptional work ethic.
• Timely admission to the Florida Bar required.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.
