Duties

• Assist in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing agreements and conducting due diligence.
• Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts, commercial leases, and related agreements.
• Counsel clients on entity formation, corporate governance, and compliance matters.
• Support litigation team with legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for depositions.
• Interact with clients to provide updates and manage expectations under supervision.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare memorandums and reports.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Relevant experience in civil litigation, real estate, or corporate law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission.

Skills
