Duties

• Develop and implement strategic plans for client cases.
• Represent clients in court for trials and hearings.

Requirements

• Active Oregon law license.
• Minimum of 10 divorce-related trials and hearings.
• Strong knowledge of Oregon family law statutes and local rules.
• Experience managing a full caseload independently.
• Commitment to family law practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Oregon.
