Duties

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial lease agreements.

• Support acquisitions, sales, and financing transactions.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients with excellent writing and advocacy skills.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of real estate practice experience.
• Strong background in lease negotiations.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New York.
