A law firm is seeking a skilled Property Damage Attorney to join our team in North Palm Beach, FL. The Property Damage Attorney will be responsible for preparing legal pleadings and motions, as well as leveraging appropriate defenses in pursuit of successful outcomes.

Job Overview:

• Prepare legal pleadings and motions for property damage cases.
• Provide litigation reports to ensure appropriate defenses are utilized.
• Utilize strong communication, research, and writing skills to effectively represent clients.

Duties:

• Draft legal pleadings and motions for property damage cases.
• Conduct research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Prepare for and participate in jury trials.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation.
• Utilize computer skills across Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Time Matters software is a plus.

Requirements:

• Florida Bar Member in Good Standing.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Jury trial experience preferred.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Florida Bar Membership in Good Standing.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal software and computer applications.
