A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its Subrogation Practice Group in West Palm Beach, FL. This remote position offers an opportunity to engage in complex problem-solving and hands-on litigation within a supportive national infrastructure.

Duties

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of property and automobile subrogation claims.
• Lead case development including intake, fact investigation, and damages analysis.
• Handle litigation activities such as discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Serve as a liaison with clients, adjusters, experts, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience with substantial litigation work.
• Experience managing a varied caseload from inception through resolution.
• Minimum of 20 depositions and 10 mediations as the primary attorney.
• Valid Florida Bar license; additional jurisdictions valued.
• Background in subrogation, products liability, or plaintiff-side personal injury preferred.
• Experience using LLM platforms for crafting legal documents.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.

• Strong litigation and case management skills.

• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
