Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced attorney with approximately 1-2 years of litigation experience to join its Columbus, Ohio office. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on various litigation matters, including complex commercial foreclosures and business litigation.

Duties

• Draft and file complaints, motions, and other pleadings.
• Conduct collection efforts, including judgment debtor examinations and wage garnishments.
• Make regular court appearances.
• Develop skills to handle matters independently.
• Collaborate on foreclosure and other litigation matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court staff.
