The candidate will communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets. Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs, analyzing the situation, then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action. Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date. Educate clients about options for retirement, donating to charity, and purchasing insurance. Create wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for your clients. Candidates should be great communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high. Understanding of a variety of real estate matters, including title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation. Must have 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position. Experience at a law firm working on estate planning and probate for at least six years is required. Highly proficient in creating wills, trusts, special needs trusts, and knowledge of insurance, property management, and real estate law as related to estate planning.
