Create wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for your clients. Candidates should be great communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high. Understanding of a variety of real estate matters, including title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation. Must have 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position. Experience at a law firm working on estate planning and probate for at least six years is required. Highly proficient in creating wills, trusts, special needs trusts, and knowledge of insurance, property management, and real estate law as related to estate planning.
