Duties:

• Counsel clients on probate procedures and legal options

• Draft legal documents including probate applications, deeds, and notices

• Represent clients in probate hearings and court proceedings

• Maintain effective and empathetic client communication

• Collaborate with legal team on case strategy and execution

• Handle occasional travel for court appearances or client meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of probate experience (preferred)

• Proven ability to handle casework from initiation to resolution

• Effective legal research and writing skills

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma

Skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Proficient in legal drafting and document review

• High emotional intelligence with client empathy

• Calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities
