A law firm located in Edmond, Oklahoma, is actively seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to contribute to its dynamic Estate Planning and Business Planning practice groups. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with prior experience in private practice who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role focuses on assisting a wide range of clients, including individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and fiduciaries, with strategic legal solutions for preserving wealth, transferring assets, and building long-term business structures.

Duties:

• Draft and design tailored estate plans, including conducting client meetings, follow-up communication, and legal research

• Analyze existing estate plans and recommend enhancements or alternatives

• Support legal strategies involving entity formation, operating agreements, and succession planning

• Assist with the structuring and documentation of buy-sell agreements and other business planning instruments

• Collaborate closely with internal legal teams on complex planning and documentation projects

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in a private law firm setting

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with a State Bar Association

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Adept at managing multiple priorities with attention to detail

• Technologically proficient and comfortable with legal software and tools

• High degree of professionalism and ethical integrity

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (required)
