Mid to senior-level IP Litigation Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm in Phoenix is seeking a Mid to senior-level IP Litigation Associate Attorney with a focus on intellectual property matters. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of litigation experience, possess strong legal writing skills, and be willing to travel for court appearances. In addition, the candidate should demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with internal and external clients and counsel. An educational background in electrical engineering and/or computer science is preferred.

Duties:

• Handle intellectual property litigation cases.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to IP matters.
• Represent clients in court appearances and hearings.
• Manage relationships with internal and external clients and counsel.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances.
• Effective communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science (preferred).

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
• Knowledge of intellectual property laws and legal procedures.
