Duties

• Advise clients on complex tax and estate planning strategies.
• Draft and administer wills, trusts, and related documents.
• Represent clients before federal and state taxing authorities.

• Handle probate and fiduciary litigation matters with professionalism.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in tax, estate planning, or probate law.
• Licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• Strong client base preferred.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications
