Contracts Coordinator
The candidate edits, negotiates, and manages the execution of contracts related to industry supported clinical trials. Functions as the principal organizational contact within the Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) Clinical Trials Office (CTO), performing intake, triage and distribution of received contracts, queries and other information to the appropriate parties. Must have Paralegal Degree/Certification OR Bachelor’s Degree, with position-related coursework. Should have 1+ year of experience in contract negotiation or related clinical trial experience. Must have advanced computer skills, including facility with the Internet, spreadsheets, word-processing, database entry and reports, and email. Travel to and from Marquam Hill required. Travel on tram required. Major in science or health field preferred. Paralegal Degree AND Bachelor’s Degree desired. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience in contracts management and negotiation. Knowledge of and experience with OHSU policies and procedures preferred.
