A law firm seeks a Social Security Disability Attorney in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to advocating for clients in need of support through the Social Security Disability claims process.

Duties

• Represent clients through all stages of Social Security Disability claims.
• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate before Administrative Law Judges.
• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with case managers and support staff to efficiently move cases forward.
• Develop legal strategies and prepare evidence for compelling cases.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.
• Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings.
• Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license with at least one US state bar.
