Profile

Greer office of our client seeks a lead residential closing attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will help buyers, sellers, and agents complete residential real estate transactions. Assist Market Managing Attorney in developing their office's residential closing business and expanding the firm's market reach. Work with staff, lenders, real estate agents, and transaction parties to complete residential real estate closings. Draft and/or review real estate documents including purchase contracts, deeds, and leases. Deliver professional experience to transaction parties, agents, and business partners Identify and contact real estate agents and business partners to develop new business opportunities and help office or firm meet annual business objectives. Review title work packages, identify potential title issues and provide attorney title opinions. Under the supervision of the Market Managing Attorney. Create and implement an annual office business plan. Create and teach informational classes for real estate agents, lenders, and other business partners. Manage and lead the office's non-attorney staff. Partner with Market Operations Manager to teach and coach non-attorney staff. Be a member of the South Carolina State Bar (in good standing).
