Location:

Duties:

• Handle estate planning and probate matters from start to finish

• Provide legal counsel on LLC formation and management

• Address real estate issues related to estate planning and probate

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

• Represent clients in probate court proceedings

• Collaborate with clients to develop customized estate planning strategies

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in estate planning and probate law

• Experience with LLCs and real estate matters

• Strong legal research and analytical skills

• Excellent written and oral communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

• Commitment to providing high-quality client service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Oregon State Bar

Skills:
