Duties

• Support the acquisition of renewable generation and decarbonized fuels.
• Maintain affordability for clients in the energy sector.
• Engage in regulatory, environmental, and business matters.

Requirements

• Experience in federal or state administrative/regulatory law preferred.
• Background in regulated industries or judicial clerkships desired.
• Strong writing and research skills required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Oregon or eligibility to waive in.
