Client Development Specialist

The candidate will provide day-to-day support to assigned CDM(s). Coordinate logistics and follow-up for ongoing and simultaneous projects for assigned industry teams. Manage benefits for industry sponsorships. Assist with execution of marketing communications and support related activities of intermediate complexity. Work with CDMs to build client-focused proposal content related to supported industry teams. Assist lawyers and consultants in identifying appropriate materials and developing effective presentations. Interact with Competitive Intelligence and other sources to gather market research on potential clients and industry trends for use in work with industry teams, proposals or events. Assist team by providing coverage for vacations, leaves of absence or busy times in the department. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s Degree is required; focus in marketing, communications or business is preferred. Should have 2-4 years of experience with minimum one year of experience in a professional services industry, preferably involving business development and/or marketing/public relations/communications. Experience in a law firm or experience in professional services is preferred.
