Duties

• Manage a personal caseload with autonomy from the start.
• Advise clients on strategy, case progress, and outcomes.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and conduct case law research.
• Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and mediations.
• Review financial disclosures and discovery.
• Accurately track and bill time.

Requirements

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of family law experience.
• Strong phone presence and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Florida Bar membership.
