A law firm seeks an Estates & Trusts Attorney in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, to draft and administer estate planning documents on a hybrid schedule (60% remote, 40% on-site).

Duties

• Draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related estate planning instruments.

• Oversee estate administration, including asset distribution and fiduciary duties.

• Meet with clients to gather information and provide guidance on estate matters.

• Conduct legal research to support estate planning and administration tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in estate planning and trust administration.

• Comfortable engaging directly with clients and addressing their needs.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications
