A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join in Wilmington. This role is ideal for an attorney with extensive experience in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. The successful candidate will independently lead client relationships, draft sophisticated estate planning documents, and implement complex tax strategies. Location:

Duties:
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estate planning strategies
- Draft both foundational and advanced estate planning documents, including irrevocable trusts
- Incorporate estate, gift, and income tax planning into client strategies
- Lead client meetings and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal legal teams and support staff to implement client plans
- Stay current with evolving tax laws and trust/estate planning best practices
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in trusts and estates law
- Proven ability to independently manage complex estate planning matters
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in the DE (required)
Skills:
