Duties:

• Handle a diverse docket of litigation and bankruptcy matters, from inception through resolution

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and negotiations

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategies and development

• Participate in depositions, discovery, and trial preparation activities

• Monitor court deadlines and ensure timely filings in various jurisdictions

• Maintain organized case files and documentation for internal and external reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in litigation and/or bankruptcy law

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail

• Familiarity with federal and state court rules and procedures

• Admission to the Delaware Bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Delaware Bar admission (mandatory)

• Admission in additional jurisdictions is advantageous

Skills:
