Duties

• Litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including:
  • Repetitive trauma cases
  • Occupational disease claims
  • Death and hearing loss claims
• Represent clients from diverse industries such as construction, healthcare, education, retail, and manufacturing.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft analytical legal documents, including motions, briefs, and other filings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic case management plans.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in workers’ compensation litigation or similar practice areas.
• Proficient in legal research, analysis, and writing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for courtroom representation and client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented legal environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the Delaware State Bar or eligible for immediate admission.
