Principal Compliance Specialist, Corporate Functions and Payment

Duties: The candidate assists with the research of regulatory compliance requirements and evaluating the adequacy of business policies, procedures, training, reference materials, systems, and processes. Assists with the identification, assessment, and communication of compliance program risks and controls. Assists in obtaining and developing content for presentations for committee reporting. Supports the business in operationalizing legal and regulatory requirements inherent in new product development and changes to services. Maintains a high level of awareness and knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements . Participates in the regulatory change management process by assisting with the documentation of the Compliance Control Standards. Ensures compliance issues are brought to the attention of senior compliance professionals in a timely manner. Assists with various compliance projects as needed.
