Duties

• Manage complex trust and estate planning and administration.
• Prepare gift and estate tax returns and handle estate controversies.
• Advise on income, transfer, and charitable tax planning.
• Engage in business succession and pass-through entity planning.
• Handle Federal tax planning for individuals and entities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in taxation and estates.
• Significant portable book of business with growth potential.
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals and families.

Education

• LL.M. in taxation required.

Certifications

• New York Bar admission required; additional admissions a plus.

Skills

• Strong client interaction and responsibility management.
• Broad experience in Federal tax planning and transactional matters.
