Requirements

• Substantial experience in lender and/or borrower-side financings.
• Strong academic background with superior drafting and negotiation skills.
• Admitted to the New York bar.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and diligent work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
