Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Associate to join its team in Reno, NV. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely a few days per week. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of litigation practice experience and hold an active Nevada Bar license. Clerkship experience is preferred.

Duties

• Conduct written discovery, including e-Discovery.
• Apply knowledge of Nevada and federal rules of civil procedure.
• Engage in oral advocacy, trial preparation, motion practice, and depositions.
• Perform exceptional research and writing tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Nevada Bar license.
• Clerkship experience preferred.

Education

• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active Nevada Bar license.
