Duties:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on various corporate and finance matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting legal documents, agreements, and contracts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; JD from an accredited law school.
• An active member of the California State Bar in good standing.

• Strong understanding of corporate governance, securities regulations, and contract law.

Education:
