Duties:

• Conduct detailed title searches and reviews.
• Prepare and issue preliminary and final title opinions.
• Ensure legal compliance with North Carolina real estate laws in all documents.
• Manage and conduct residential real estate closings with buyers, sellers, and lenders.
• Act as an advisor and counselor for clients, maintaining strong communication and legal guidance.
• Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by the firm.

Requirements:

• North Carolina Bar License (active).
• At least 1+ year of experience in real estate law (preferred).
• Ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
