Duties

• Develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage the discovery process and appear for depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Argue motions in court and handle additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, advocacy, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior courtroom experience, preferably in civil litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in Missouri.
