Duties

• Take and defend fact and expert depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions.
• Manage matters involving TROs and temporary injunctions.
• Handle commercial contract disputes, real estate and property litigation.
• Address fraud and fiduciary duty claims, non-compete, and confidentiality matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong courtroom experience required.
• Appellate or trial experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
