The candidate should have 3-7 years of the law firm or equivalent experience to support the firm’s transactional practices, including M&A, equity securities, private placements, corporate finance, and commercial lending. Should have prior experience conducting due diligence, drafting transactional documents, and handling closings of acquisitions and divestitures. Should have general corporate law experience advising private companies on corporate governance matters. Should possess excellent academic credentials, and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills.
