• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and memoranda.

• Handle complex legal issues in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and efficiency.

• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.

• Assist in business development efforts, including maintaining relationships with current clients and pursuing new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in corporate counsel, with a focus on real estate law.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and clients effectively.

• Strong analytical, legal writing, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to legal problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active California Bar License is required.
