Duties

• Drive strategic growth and development of the bankruptcy department.
• Manage and litigate a high-volume caseload of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
• Conduct client intakes and assess complex financial situations.
• Represent clients at 341 meetings and handle adversary proceedings.
• Lead a team of bankruptcy professionals and paralegals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in debtor-side and consumer bankruptcy law.
• Active Colorado Bar membership in good standing.
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.

Skills

• Strong client advocacy and communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing high-volume caseloads.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a team.
