Associate Counsel

The candidate will represent Rivers in a variety civil litigation matters. Represent in connection with employment and labor law disputes. Draft and review contracts on behalf. Provide legal advice to all Rivers departments. Assist the General Counsel on all Rivers matters including various administrative duties. Independently manage an active caseload. Perform all other duties as assigned. Law Degree from ABA-accredited law school. Member of Pennsylvania Bar. Should have 7+ years of litigation experience, with an emphasis on personal injury, labor and employment; workers' compensation experience is a plus. Litigation experience, particularly in Philadelphia is a must. Excellent drafting and negotiating skills. Ability to lead a team as well as roll up your sleeves and work independently. A conceptual thinker with a strong vision, judgment and intellect with the ability to work quickly on and prioritize a wide variety of projects. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with team members at all levels. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with quick deadlines and multiple demands. Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
