Engagement Consultation Sr/Lead Analyst

Duties: The candidate will analyze permissible services to and relationships with clients as a result of independence requirements. Manage Directors, and Lead Client Service Partners to gather insight and clarity on a variety of engagement-related independence matters, such as services to and relationships with clients, both within and outside the US matters arising from client mergers and acquisitions identification of affiliate relationships. Independently perform analysis, document conclusions, and consistently prepare high-quality communications and propose next steps, with input from senior team members. Develop an enhanced understanding of AICPA, SEC, and PCAOB independence rules and US Firms Independence policies. Perform research, assist in the further development of procedures, and implement improvements based on emerging independence issues. Support various projects relating to the scope of services, affiliate relationships, and other engagement-related matters.
